I n October 2017 we were thrilled to announce that the trillionth time-value pair had been stored in AtriumDB. These data were sourced from hundreds of different sensors and devices, and covered the stays of nearly 2000 patients. High resolution physiological data stored for later analysis, comprising waveforms and individual observations. Waveforms were high frequency, up to 500Hz.

Our first trillion physiological measurements (each with their associated millisecond precision time) were all compressed and stored in under 400GB of disk space

We continue to collect data, at a rate of around 100 billion values per month (140 million values per hour).
